Elder Foster
Since we all are wondering how Kendell is doing, Travis helped us get some information to put on the blog. Here are some pictures of Kendell in the Dominican Republic where he is teaching the people there about Christ and His love for us. In his emails he says that he loves it there and enjoys all the people he is meeting. He seems to have conquered the Spanish language well as he writes emails back and forth with Travis completely in Spanish.
October/November News
Violin performances have begun for Mckenzi and Kati. They both are doing very well this year!
We had lots of fun carving our pumpkins this year!!Brandon and Kati had a little extra Halloween fun.
We had an unexpected visitor tapping at Chelsi and Travis's window trying to get in.
He didn't turn out to be a prince.
SNOW!!!!! We were all very suprised to get snow and what's even more unbelievable is that it is still around!
For Thanksgiving we went to Moscow and enjoyed some of the snow there:)
We were able to see lots of family over Thanksgiving but we only got pictures with Dan and Toni.

Aloha from the Conch Republic!
Hello Broyleses across the Northwest!
I, Megan, have relocated from the beautiful Palouse to the also beautiful (but different :) Florida Keys. I work for the Boy Scouts at the Florida National High Adventure Sea Base in Islamorada. I started work on September 1 in the offce, filing, answering phones & making copies. Sounds exciting, huh? :)
But all in all, life is good. My boyfriend, EJ, & I moved down to the Keys together. I met him while working at Camp Grizzly as the Waterfront Director. He has the same job at Camp Easton on Coeur d'Alene Lake, so it was an immediate connection! He has been getting used to the crazy tropical weather, crazy tropical people & getting his apartment together (I live on Base in dorm-style housing). He had an interview here at the Base with the Ranger this morning, keep your fingers crossed for him!
If I don't have your address, please send/text it to me. I love sending postcards, and do it often!
My email: meganbroyles@vandals.uidaho.edu
My cellular number: 208.669.0018
But, until next time, I send my love to you & your families & hope all is well in our respective corners of the world. :)
With Love,
Megan

EJ heading down to Sombrero Beach |
We've been a few places in the time we've been here, we visited Key West our first weekend (EJ took a lot of great pictures, I'll have to get them from his camera), Key Largo and a few of the State Parks- Bahia Honda & Long Key. There are lots of dive (SCUBA) spots along the keys because the water is so shallow, but we haven't made it out that far yet. I have the opportunity to get certified this summer, so I'm really looking forward to that.If I don't have your address, please send/text it to me. I love sending postcards, and do it often!

August/September News
August brought lots of celebrations! Chelsi and Travis 1st Anniversary, Mark and Vicki's 24th Anniversary and Kati's 12th Birthday.
Unfortunately, our precious 15 year old cat, Maxine died of old age in her cat house.
Chelsi and Mckenzi finished their quilts that they had been working on this summer. They turned out looking great!
Summer ended with us all taking down our pool.
School started with lots of homework and Kenzi got her braces off!!!!!
Before After
She is a sophmore this year and is busy with swimming, clogging, piano, and violin.
Kati is a 6th grader at middle school and she keeps busy with clogging, piano and violin.
Brandon is a Senior this year!! All of his classes are at the community college. He is busy with working out, socializing, homework, goofing off with Travis and helping Mark at the shop. He has become a good U-Haul driver.
Travis passed his national and state tests and is now a certified Washington State Home Inspector!
In September Chelsi took her last test to be a certified teacher in Washington State. She had her Utah teaching certificate but had to take several tests to be certified in Washington State. Now she is ready to start substituting in the schools. She keeps busy helping with homework, cooking new dishes, spending time with Travis and her siblings, and recently she taught herself how to crochet.
Mark and I are just trying to keep up with the kids and enjoy the ride.
